Snagging. Post Possession.

We will shortly start checking the snagging that has been completed by the contractors, following your possession appointment. Once we have checked your apartment we will advise you by e mail confirming the work completed. We do foresee this procedure taking a few weeks as the person who you did your possession appointment with will be checking the apartment and we obviously have quite a few.

In order to give the contractors the time they require to complete this process any items identified after this appointment will be dealt with under the B1 form signed during your possession.

To clarify, they should be reported in person to the Tavor/KDG sales office at the following times.
MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY between the hours of 14.00-16.00 hours.

Any urgent items will be dealt with as soon as possible, any other items will be recorded and dealt with after the possession snagging has been completed on the handed over apartments.

Please do not report items by e mail or to the Tavor Properties Management office. If you have a bronze or a bronze plus package with the management company they can report items for you.

To remind you, unless you took possession of your apartment earlier, then that date will apply, your guarantee is effective from the 1st June 2012 for 1 year: During this period you should ensure your apartment is checked regularly and maintained in accordance with the general maintenance instructions provided to you on possession.
