Message for the Blog from the Thalassa Owners’ Committee

The last five weeks have been hectic but certainly enjoyable.  It has been great not only to take possession and to start furnishing our apartments but also to meet so many wonderful people.   Progress has been good here and credit to KDG, TPM and all workers on site for welcoming us and being so helpful.  Of course we are not there yet but issues have been recorded and we are working with KDG and TPM to ensure that we end up with the wonderful setting we bought into.

Members of the Committee have now met twice and have held a series of meetings with TPM and KDG.  In order to keep owners advised of the progress of issues, actions and decisions being made we are requested that owners opt in to committee communication channels.  It would not be appropriate to publish this information on a public blog.

We are aware that there are some non-English speaking owners particularly Russians.  If anybody can help with translations please email one of the committee members.
In order to opt in to communications please can owners email their consent to Thalassavoting@hotmail.co.uk.  Once emails have been collated owners will be sent a link to a secure on line folder where we will store all documents.

We have been asked by Tavor Property Management  (TPM) to advise all owners of the following –

Out of hours arrivals need to be advised to TPM  in writing prior to arrival and owners need to have signed up for a key holding package for keys to be released.

All deliveries must come within working hours – 8am – 5pm -  Monday to Friday.
TPM are receiving a large volume of emails ref. rentals.  We have been asked to re-iterate that all information on rentals can be found on the TPM website but to summarise –the  rental agreement statutory , commercial and management processes have not yet been finalised.

All snagging needs to be done within the 1 year guarantee.   With the bronze management package TPM can do this on owner’s behalf if they have no plans to come to Thalassa.
