Electricity update

In order to complete the final checks for the connection of mains electric we will be accessing all the apartments this week. We will liaise with the management company where necessary.
Once this is completed the management company will apply for the meters if you have left them with a power of attorney and they have received the relevant payment. If you need to make a payment for your meter and the deposit, please e mail accounts@tavormanagement.com

Once the change over has happened the generator will be turned off and normal electricity charges will apply. In order to have electric you will need to apply for a meter from Kibtec, the electricity office.

Please note, if you haven't left authority with the management company or a possession representative you will need to either apply for your meter yourself or request the management company to do so. They will make an admin charge of £75.
