Further to the previous post regarding post possession snagging we wish to refer you to B1 possession form and reiterate the following point.
Please
note that you/your representative will need to be present to show us the
problem and will also need to be present whilst there are workers in the
property. If we cannot fix the problem immediately we will need to telephone
you/your representative to arrange an appointment. We will not hold the
key as we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damages. All problems and
requests must be given in person, emails cannot
be accepted.
