Wow, words can't express what an exciting month
this has been at Thalassa. With over 70 people now taken possession of
their apartments the site has come alive, with many choosing to enjoy their
apartment straight away.
The pool bar has also been the chosen venue as a great meeting point to get to know fellow residents, with a few taking a dip in the welcoming pool.
The landscapers have also been busy with grass now springing up and palm trees flanking the road from the pool to the apartments.
The management company has made a great start, meeting all clients, offering packages and helping out in any way possible with local information.
As this is very much the start of a new era for us all we are also delighted to give you the following news.
Our pending court case with our previous builders 'Fullmarks' has been resolved resulting in the injunctions on a small number of the unsold apartments being lifted.
We are still working on the external road being completed and expect to have more news soon.
The pictures below also show the start of the block work for the skeleton blocks.
We still have a busy few weeks ahead with more possessions but it’s great to be at this point and receive the positive comments we are from our customers.
I would like to pass on my thanks to you all for making the last few weeks fun despite the long hours and thanks to the whole Kensington Group, Tavor Management and our Director for bringing this fantastic development to fruition.
