Thalassa Beach Owners Committee

At our most recent Owners’ Committee meeting it was agreed that on their behalf I would write to the Director of Kensington Development Group.

We are delighted to see the progress that is occurring at the site. Rendering and fitting doors / windows to the unoccupied blocks will make a huge difference to the look of the site for the existing owners and perspective buyers.

We are also relieved and delighted to see progress on;
• The road – we understand the difficulties you have had with the municipality.
• Landscaping the front area adjacent to the beach.
• Landscaping the area between the pool and the sea.
• Provision of pergolas and new sun beds.

We wish to thank you and your staff – particularly Fiona, Simon and Kelly. The relationship the committee has with your staff is very positive, practical and forward looking.

In the last week of September 36 owners attended an evening BBQ by the pool. Our first communal event – it was a real success. A sub-committee has now been formed (led by Beatrice) to plan and organise an Official Opening Party on 26th May 2013. We hope you, your staff and guests will be able to attend.
