Dear Owners, We are seeing the demand for long term rentals increasing dramatically and we are therefore struggling to fulfill requirements. The requests we are getting are for 12 months minimum contracts. We are currently advertising from £300 upwards per month depending on size, position and standard of apartment furnishing. This is a fantastic way of covering your maintenance fees and standing water and electric costs, plus earning a return on your investment. We are only just entering year two of advertising rentals and we are already really busy. The more activity that we can bring to the site the more the site and its facilities can grow.
