Dear Owners,
We wish to update you on the progress so far with regards to the lifting of the building suspension on our Thalassa Beach Resort.
Our director, his legal team and professional advisors had a formal meeting last Tuesday with the Chamber of Architects. Further talks are in progress today with our full intention of not resting until this matter is resolved in the best interests for all of us. Once the suspension has been lifted we will proceed with construction as soon as possible.
The court case is a separate matter and the lifting of the building suspension is not reliant on the case being settled.
We would also like to clarify that as the court case is ongoing, and we have not even been called to the first hearing yet, no settlement has been awarded.
As before, when we have more information we will of course update the forum as a matter of urgency.

What is the referral fee?
