Estimated build schedule - skeleton works only

This is a current guideline for the build schedule at Thalassa so you are aware of approximate payment dates however, our accounts department will contact you individually when payment becomes due.

It is estimated that work will commence on blocks 8 – 1 from March 09

All skeleton works will be completed on blocks 9 - 21 by end of Feb 09 approximately

Blocks 9 & 10

Ground floor skeletons completed

1st floor apartments – approximately the end of Jan 09

Other floors – approximately end of Feb 09

Block 11

Ground floor – approximately end of Jan 09

Other floors – approximately end of Feb 09

Blocks 12 / 14 / 15 & 16

We expect all skeletons for these blocks to be completed by the end of Jan 09.

Blocks 10, 12 & 13 - 1st floor completed

We do occasionally have problems getting e-mails through to clients as we can be blocked so please do contact us, should you think that you haven't received any e-mails from us or a stage payment is due etc. Many thanks.
