We, Tavor Management
are mindful of the fact that you may require assistance in dealing with issues
that could arise in your apartment now your guarantee has expired.
Therefore,
we would like to inform you of your options for carrying out repairs in your
apartment.
We will
require a key holding facility at the very least, and if you have bronze or
above we will accompany any external companies to your apartment if you are not
present.
All
problems that you would like us to deal with on your behalf should be reported
to Tavor Management in person at the office. If you have tenants in your
apartment and they have any problems they should report in person.
(In order
to assess the problem and deal with these effectively, may we remind you that
we are unable to receive these reports via e mail.)
Where
possible, we, Tavor Management, will carry out the repair and charge your
account accordingly.
In cases
where specialist tradesmen are required we are prepared to act on your behalf,
however, it must be noted that we do NOT have any control over how quickly they
will come to attend to your issue and obviously the price they will charge. We
will endeavor to obtain a quote where it is estimated that the cost may be in
excess of £100.
You will
need to ensure your float has sufficient funds to cover the cost of any repairs
as we will not be in a position to cover costs to external suppliers on your
behalf.
Furthermore,
we are unable to deal with any issues if you are in arrears with your
maintenance fees.
You are of
course welcome to arrange your own tradesmen to come to the site and make your
own arrangements for payment etc.
If you are
still under the contractors guarantee please continue reporting any issues to
Tavor Properties (KDG) in person.
