Electricity Meters

Message from Tavor Properties Management Ltd Electricity meters have now been installed by Kibtek for all apartments at Thalassa who have already been connected to the electricity supply. This is very good news and will ensure that bills are more accurate for everyone. The meters supplied are a new digital type which our staff have been trained to read. If you have a management package with us, then we will check your bill to ensure that bills received are correct. The bills will no longer be based on estimated usage, as the meter will be read and you will be charged according to the number of kilowatts you have consumed. We will read the meters before and after any rentals (booked via Tavor) to work out the tenants usage, and will charge them accordingly. All bills will be created once a month by Kibtek and will be given to our accounts department. If you have a management package with us, then we will pay your electricity bill on your behalf, if you do not have a package, then you will need to arrange an alternative method of payment. Currently, the standing charge is around £17 per month, so your total bill will be the standing charge + kilowatt usage. You should be mindful that air-conditioning uses a lot of electricity and therefore usage should be kept to a minimum if possible.
