Dear Thalassa
owners –
As
we are fast approaching our 1st anniversary we are delighted to be in a position
to share this exciting new development for theThalassa Beach
Resort. In
order to improve the quality of your visits to Thalassa we are shortly
commencing construction of a new purpose built gym area and restaurant.
We
have carefully considered the positioning of this as we obviously want to
ensure that its inclusion blends well with the existing landscaping and
apartments. Our new addition
to Thalassa will be situated towards the beach area
and will consist of a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating areas as well
as a fully equipped gym including a sauna and jacuzzi. We also hope to have the facility for a small mini-market
area to supply basic necessities.

tender for building is currently being sought prior to the commencement of
works.
