For those of you that have already been, you will be aware that you meet with Kelly from the management company. (TPML) This is your opportunity to arrange any additional management packages for your apartment. Once you have taken possession of your apartment and paid your final balance, KDG can only access your apartment to complete any snagging. Therefore, if you have arranged for any deliveries from external suppliers you will need to arrange with TPML to be key holders for you so they can open your apartment for the supplier.
We cannot under any circumstances deviate from this.
