We are working
very hard on getting Thalassa Beach Resort ready for you to take possession
commencing on the 1st May 2012. So far we have a large number of appointments
booked in so if you haven't booked yet please check the earlier blog
announcement regarding available dates left and contact us urgently.
Access
Road
As this is not
on our land we have had to work with the local government and tourism sectors
in getting the route approved. As with all roads, third parties are often
affected when a new route impacts on private land so this can be time
consuming. Furthermore the connection of our utilities had to be finalised to
avoid digging up a newly tarmac road. That said we now have all the necessary
visas and connection pipes laid.
We now expect
the work to start in the next 2-3 weeks with completion estimated within 6
weeks from then. The route follows a direct path to Thalassa avoiding the old
route around the coast. In the interim period we will ensure that a route is
prepared and made suitable for all vehicles to access the development.
Skeleton
We like
yourselves have been keen to be in a position to carry on with the build and
close in the skeleton blocks still visible. We are delighted to confirm, that
largely due to the support the majority of clients have offered us, we are able
to do so:) We expect this work to commence in the next 2-3 weeks.
