Important Notice to all buyers of apartments at the Thalassa
Beach Resort
A number of volunteers have now put themselves forward to serve on the
committee.Please can anyone who still wishes to be considered for election send an email to jan.cottee@pfcl.co.uk as we will shortly be moving to the next stage.
All buyers will be asked to vote in this first election of
the Thalassa Owners’ Committee. There will be one vote per apartment.
We will very soon publish a list of volunteers together with a brief resume
of each person and proposed committee roles that need to be filled. We will
then hold an ‘on line’ vote. The elected committee will represent all buyers,
act in the interests of the resort and will liaise with Tavor Property
Management Company.On Line Voting will be by email - A Hotmailaccount has been set up -Thalassavoting@hotmail.co.uk
All votes should be sent to the hotmail email account above. Dates for opening and closing of the poll will be provided shortly.
Counting of the Votes - All votes will be counted and results published on the Thalassa Owners forum. An independent judge (non-committee volunteer) will be asked to verify that the voting and counting process has been conducted in an open and fair manner.
Voting results - Results and details of the elected committee will be published on the Thalassa Owners’ forum.
