Thalassa Beach progress update
We hope you have enjoyed seeing the photos over the last few weeks as the Development is really taking shape.
We have now completed the building work in all the apartments due for handover and the electrical items are installed. Work is continuing on the hard landscaping with the road to the rear of the apartments now tarmac.
The communal pool is almost completed and landscaping which includes a walkway joining the apartments to the pool will be started very soon. The planting within the courtyards and along the walkways will be palm and olives trees, as well as low shrubs including lavender. Adjacent to the communal pool will be a children’s play area and pool bar. In order to minimıse inconvenience to owners we will temporarily house the gym in one of the apartments in block 15 that has been completed but is in the area not due for handover.
The management company are now making regular visits to Thalassa in preparation for taking over the running of the site. We will be issuing more information on the services they will provide shortly.
Our main focus at the moment is ensuring that we have all the utilities ready for completion. As these are provided by external contractors we need to be sure that you will have electric before we announce the possession date. That said, we do anticipate that we will be able to release the possession date in 2-3 week’s time, with 4-6 weeks’ notice of handover.
You will need to make appointments with us to carry out the procedure of payment, snagging and handover. More details to follow once we know the date.
We have started to receive requests for final balances. Where possible we are providing these. However, if you are in the process of signing a revised contract we are not able to provide a final balance as the new contract details do not appear in our accounting system. Therefore, please ensure that any outstanding documentation is dealt with promptly as we would not wish this to hold up your possession.
We are looking forward to being very busy over the next few months:)
