We have now installed the majority of additional items in to the apartments. To allow us to move on from this and continue the initial snagging by our engineers we are unable to take any more orders for electrical items, shower screens etc. If you do wish to buy these at a later date we will assist you after possession.
As you can see from the photos below the hard landscaping has been started and the engineers are telling me that within the next few weeks they should have agreed the costing for the planting etc and then they can provide me with more details. At the present time I understand that they will be asphalting the road at the rear of the apartments and laying extensive pathways to the communal pool area, beach and joining the courtyards with these areas.
The management company will be on site from possession and prior to handover they are aiming to provide us with information on packages etc.
