Dear all,
Construction is continuing in Thalassa Beach Resort and the apartments are really taking shape. Ceramics completed in all blocks from 21 down to 13, shower screens, electrical appliances and additional items are now installed in blocks 21, 20 and 19. The hallways, staircases and internal court yards, are now completed in blocks 21, 20, 19 and 17 with work ongoing in blocks 16, 15, 14 and 13.
With regards to external works - all the private pools been completed with ceramic decking, now installed in block 21, 20 and 19. Work has commenced on the leveling of court yards prior to start of landscaping. The communal swimming pool continues to take shape along with excavations for the on-site roads.
Works will continue non interfered over the Christmas period, with the builders taking a short break over the New Years.
Due to office staff vacation, there will be no further posts until after the New Year.
