Dear owners,
It is with great pleasure that we are now able to announce the following for the ongoing construction of Thalassa Beach Resort, Bafra.
We have now appointed Eurocoast to continue the construction of the development. We expect them to take a few weeks in assembling their workforce and commence construction at the beginning of August.
Once work commences we anticipate the start of apartment possessions to be in 5-6 months time. Additionally, we hope that we can give more precise dates for completion of the other blocks within the next two months.
We have really appreciated the support and patience you have shown us at this difficult time.
