Message from Kensington.

Dear purchasers,

As a company we do pride ourselves on listening to our customers and where possible addressing your concerns. At times we may not always be able to do all that is requested, but where we believe points are valid we will do our best to work out the best solution for all concerned.

We have needed to focus our attention on the construction and the transition from the skeleton to the brickwork, which is now underway. Many of you were worried about the progress so we have hopefully alleviated your concerns following the comments of recent visitors and the activity on the site. Therefore, we are now in a position to move our attention to interior finishes and communal facilities. We have a number of items currently under review, which we will give you more information on in due course.

Building.
Brickwork has commenced in block 21 and is ongoing working downwards through the block numbers. The next stage of construction will be laying the ceramics and fitting the windows. Internal wood/kitchen finishes will be last. We are estimating completion from June 2010.

Communal facilities.
We have nearly finalised the plans for the communal pool area. This will include a restaurant/Bar area and will be located near the Beach to the right of the end of phase 2. We are also working on finalising the plans for the beach area and the landscaping. We can confirm that all of the above facilities are scheduled to be completed for possession of the apartments. We have requested CGI images are made available to us for publication in due course.

Show apartment.
We are currently reviewing a couple of items that we feel can be improved. To date, we are pleased to say that all sinks will be 1 1/2 bowl of a better standard than is currently displayed. We are looking at a few other items and will give further updates on the blog.

Upgrades.
As stated above, we are focusing on this area so more information to follow soon.

Going forward.
We are starting to prepare information for your possession, banking facilities, key holding services etc. As you can appreciate, there is a lot of information that you will require to ensure the possession of your new property runs smoothly.
