The first drops of water from Turkey are epected to be pumped to the TRNC within 10-15 days as the 'Project of the Century' passed a major milestone with completion of an 80km undersea pipeline yesterday.
The overall completion of the 630 million TL project is expected to take place on October 29th, when an official opening ceremony will be attended by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, with all parts of the TRNC expected to have the water flowing from their taps by the end of the year.
