Thalassa Beach Resort - Planning update.

Dear Clients,

Following our last update we can now confirm that we have received the second part of the visa approval.

This now means we have all the relevant certificates for the amendments to the building permit. These documents have been delivered to the Government office, who are reviewing all the paperwork prior to lifting the stop work order. We are expecting to receive their confirmation of this next week.

As with the whole process time frames are NOT dictated by us, but by the government workers and agencies we are dealing with. We are as keen as our customers to get back to work and continue with the project.

Once we have the stop work order lifted Eurocoast will start to reassemble their workers, building up their numbers over the next few weeks.

As previously stated, when issuing the revised possession date, this period of inactivity was taken into account.
