The deadline for receiving the complimentary maintenance has now passed. However, due to the backlog of questions and relocations we are still working with a number of clients in finding suitable alternatives for them.
We are delighted with the response to date although we are disappointed that a few purchasers, especially those located in blocks 13-21 are wishing to wait to see the outcome of the proposal. The majority of these apartments are practically finished including kitchens and bathrooms, so providing we get the support required to continue we would plan to hand some of these over before the revised date of the 31st March 2012.
We would also like to clarify that whilst we are seeking the support to move the possession date, all other rights under your contract remain. This includes the paragraphs pertaining to compensation and cancellation which will still be effective from the revised date.
We sincerely hope that prior to the deadline on the 10th May 2011, we see further support that confirms the viability of the project for all concerned. Our aim is to see that the significant amount of further investment that is required will be going towards the completion of the apartments.
In recognition of the above and our current backlog we are extending the complimentary 1 years maintenance offer until Thursday 5th May 2011.
