Following intensive negotiations we are delighted to announce that last night an agreement was reached and signed between Tavor Properties, the Chamber of Architects and the Chamber of Engineers.
This now opens the way for us to plan ahead with regards to continuing the construction at Thalassa.
Over the next few days, you will receive a letter from the Directors, which will set out the revised time table and their proposals. Please do check your e-mail including your junk and acknowledge receipt of this. It is imperative that all clients receive this and respond in a timely manner.
A draft copy of this letter will be sent to your lawyers to enable them to assist you where necessary.
We will continue to post updates on the blog to keep everyone informed.
These last few months have been a very stressful time for us all. We have greatly appreciated your patience and are now looking forward to re-starting construction at Thalassa.
