The roads department in the TRNC has been very busy of late. They have now completed the second part of the coastal road from Tatlisu to Bafra. This route really makes a difference to travel times, and in fact Thalassa owners who wish to play golf on the stunning Korineum course in Esentepe can get there in less than 40mins (65km)
The highways department have advised us that the tender has been opened for the construction of the Thalassa approach road. They have also advised that work on this will start early in the new year, ready for the release of our first 200 apartments in March/April 2011.
