We have recently announced that we anticipate completion of apartments 21-14 to commence in January/February 2011. Our engineers are working closely with the contractors and plan to furnish us with more specific dates very soon. We do apologise for the continued delay on this but as you can appreciate we want these dates to be accurate to enable our purchasers to make the necessary travel arrangements.
The numbers of workers are still increasing with an expected total of 100 due to be on site within the next few weeks.
For blocks 13 downwards, we are not yet in a position to release any dates, however, within the next few months we trust we will be.
As we are aware that a number of clients in blocks 13 downwards are fast approaching their completion dates we have decided to offer certain customers the option of swapping to an apartment that is located in blocks 21-14. If you qualify for this option, we will be in touch with you shortly to advise you of the choices.
