Completion Dates for 2011

Dear Customers,

We are now in a position to provide purchasers with more detailed information with regards to completion times.

These dates are for indication purposes only and do not signify any contractual obligation on our part.

We will provide 4 to 6 weeks notice to clients prior to their official possession date in order for travel arrangements to be made.

Blocks 21, 20 and 19.
Apartment handover expected to commence in February 2011.

Blocks 18, 17 and 16.
Apartment handover expected to commence in March 2011.

Blocks 15, 14 and 13.
Apartment handover expected to commence in March 2011 with the following exceptions:- Apartments that are to the right hand side of the blocks are not included. For clarification apartments 13-203 14-205 15-106 15-205a and 15-304a will have a later possession date.

Where possible, for those owners in blocks not previously mentioned, we have begun an email mail out in which alternative apartments are being offered.

If you receive this e mail please confirm by return so we can ensure that it has reached all those applicable.

Finally, we hope to be in a position in the not to distant future to release dates for the other blocks. Information will follow as soon as it is to hand.
