Dear Owners,
Following recent meetings with government officials, we have secured their commitment to asphalt the access roads to the Thalassa Beach Resort. We have been advised that this will happen within the next 6 months in order to facilitate the smooth hand over of the apartments early next year.
Following discussions with the contractors, our engineers are predicting completion to commence around January,February 2011. We still do not have specific dates for individual blocks but can reiterate that the blocks will be handed over starting from block 21 downwards.
The contractors on site are gradually increasing in numbers and will soon reach a total of approximately 100. They are working on the infrastructure, swimming pool and apartments.
We are acutely aware that you all require dates for completion of individual blocks and will provide more specific information as soon as we can.

What is the referral fee?
