We are obviously concentrating our efforts on securing an alternative contractor as soon as possible to continue the construction and have already had approaches from a number of companies
In order for prospective companies to submit the tender, clear ongoing costs must be provided by us for materials etc. Next week we have a joint Israeli/Cyprus team doing a cost analysis of all the apartments and building works outstanding for this purpose.
We will keep you updated with the further developments in due course.
