We are now well into 2010 and the team at Kensington Developments are looking forward to a busy and exciting year ahead.
Our blog spot has hopefully kept you up to date with the progress and we are now able to give more specific timetables for block and facility completions.
Communal Facilities.
As per your contracts, we will have the following facilities completed for possession.
Large communal pool & Bar
Gym, Spa, Sauna and Turkish bath
Beach with additional decking area for sunbathing
Management offices and Management Company
Mini golf
Children’s play area (additional facility for this stage)
Blocks 21 to 14.
Completion of these apartments will commence in June 2010. The handover process will be in stages and we will notify each owner by e mail to make the necessary arrangements. Windows, floors, brickwork and plastering are all underway and more recently wardrobes and kitchens are being installed.
For those of you that are in block numbers 21- 14 please be reminded that if you are not already in contact with us regarding your option upgrades, you must contact us urgently with your intentions.
Blocks 13 to 1.
The completion and handover of these apartments will be towards the end of 2010. More information will follow on this in due course.
