Thalassa Beach Resort, standard finishes and upgrade options.

We have now finalised the standard finishes and prepared a list of optional extras for purchasers at Thalassa Beach Resort.

The standard finish of your apartment will be as per your contract and as shown in the show apartment on site at Thalassa. However, as a result of the feedback we have received we are delighted to confirm the following:

1. The fridge/freezer will be integrated and the hob and oven will be silver.
2. We have released prices for an integrated dishwasher.
3. The sink is 1½ bowl and we have upgraded the mixure tap.
4. We have changed the door locks that were not withstanding the high salt content in the atmosphere.
5. There are a number of kitchen finishes available to you at no extra cost.
6. If you have the A’ type apartment with the study area/bedroom near the front door you can ask for a quote for this to be changed to replicate the show apartment.

We have requested pictures which we will forward to all customers with the spreadsheet for costs. These, plus the complete spreadsheet, will hopefully start coming out to you by the end of next week. For those of you that have already visited the site, please forward your choices to admin@thalassabeach.com so we can work out prices for you based on your individual apartment. When contacting us please give your block, apartment number and type.

If you have not yet visited and wish to do so, please let us know when you are coming so we can arrange for a member of the team to be at the site to meet with you. You may like to take advantage of the special rates we have for the Kaya Artemis and stay locally.
