I was lucky enough to visit Thalassa Beach Resort at the end of May and was impressed with the speed and quality of the construction so far. The site will shortly have 200+ workers housed in specially made accommodation, and the construciton for the show homes will commence imminently. Foundations were being dug and cement poured as we toured the site. The architects and project managers informed me that they were happy with the progress.
KDG staff were also busy clearing the beach in preparation for the first visit of the International Investors who are backing this project. The investors are to be flown in on a specially chartered jet and will be given breakfast on the beach, before being taken on a tour of some of the other projects already completed by KDG.
To conclude, the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the building works reaffirmed for me why Thalassa Beach Resort is the best selling project in Cyprus.
