As you can see from the pictures, the Foundation Stage of the construction work is now under way. We expect this stage of construction to last approximately 3-6 months.
The accommodation block for the 200+ builders is nearly complete, and the Site Office and Architects Office is finished and in use. There are also two security offices under construction.
For those purchasers who've not yet been out on an inspetion visit to Thalassa Beach, this summer will be the perfect opportunity to check out the building works at this resort, as well as the major developments down the road.
